Tor 経由で Google を使うとスパイウェアかウイルスに感染していると言われた。

Tor 経由で Google を使っていると最後に添付したようなエラーメッセージを受け取る事があります。（めったに無いと思いますが・・・）

こ れはあなたが使った Tor の Exit Node を使った誰かがスパイウェアかウイルスに感染していて、または感染していると Google が見なして、その Exit Node からのアクセスに対して警告しているので特にあなたの PC や Tor のサーバがスパイウェアかウイルスに感染していると考える必要はありません。（その可能性が全くない訳ではありませんが・・・）

一定期間はその Exit Node からのアクセスは諦めるしか無いと思います。
